Ans: Availability of Cash on Delivery depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners and our startup have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and we are currently serving COD only in parts of West Bengal. To check the availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available at your location.

Ans: Decoryle’s shipping charges varies according to the zone wise shipping charges of our shipping partner. However we do not charge multiple times shipping for multiple orders and our shipping charges are fixed and does not change as the volumetric weight changes .
Ans: Decoryle requests the customer to return the product once it follows our Return Policy. Please check the return policy tab for more information. Decoryle will request their customer to send the product through India Post or Delhivery and we will refund you with the courier price, if unable to do that we will pick up the product from our shipping partner/s.
Ans: No, currently we are not delivering products internationally however we might start delivering products if found many customers approaching.
