Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer on the Decoryle website. Following situations may arise:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Products was / were missing
- Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
Return will result in refund of money in the form of bank transfer to the account provided by the buyer.
Buyer need to raise the refund request within 2 days from the date of product delivery. Once Buyer has raised a return request by using the return option by going into ‘My Account’ and clicking ‘My Orders’ Tab.
Please note after 2 days after the delivery of the product, the return Option will not be available against the individual order.
The products will be thoroughly verified by our designated team and upon verification we can work on refund process.
The amount will be credited in the form of bank account transfer to the account only after the receipt and verification of the product by Decoryle and if we find that the product meets our Return Policy Conditions.
Decoryle reserves the right to reject the claim of any Return Request as well as reject the return if the product on inspection does not meet our return policies. In such an event the product would be returned back to the customer without any replacement or refunds.
